Bought this bird in 2005 from Sandy Cleland. Had it ferried home to SBM (Wisconsin), and found a boat load of things wrong with it. One flight and I took it home for pretty much a total make - over. Finished one wing and am working on the other. Panel all rebuilt. Added oil heat in back seat. Trying to seal elevator tubes and reconfigure cowl. Was going to change to DD cooling but changed mind after considering reasons for initial overheating. My work has kept me busy but now I'm gonna get back at it.
