By this time, itÕs clear this isnÕt a trial project anymore.  IÕd been using my homebuilt epoxy scale, and consistently seem to be running out of hardener before resin.  Recalibrated, went along a bit further, and was convinced itÕs time for the ratio pump.  Go/no-go?  ItÕs a go.

Seems like lots of variations on headrests out there.  IÕm sticking with plans, not having gotten out much to talk with other builders about pros-and cons-.   Might change laterÉ

I think this is a black widow climbing around the fuselage, in my router case.  DidnÕt read about this hazard in the plans (oh, yeah, the part about keeping the workplace cleanÉ.got it!)

Rear heat duct and seat belt hard points glassed in place.

Transition tube for rear heat duct, per plans.

Seat belt brackets – close-up.  IÕve been hacking these metal parts with a hacksaw and grinder – not very clean but sufficient.  Might consider a metal band-saw for better results.

Shoulder harness done per plans.  One thing missing is the bid reinforcement over this area – saw that instruction after-the-fact under the figure in the plans (tip-off from reading Bernard SiuÕs excellent website!).
