Try Anywhere Maps.  They are the best that I know of.

I have the Controlvision Anywhere Map.  To my knowledge, it works ONLY with the Pocket PC (Microsoft) platform.  As always, double check with the AWM people to verify.
The unit works great, the clarity is superb, the size of the display is larger than most of the single use only GPS units with which I am familiar.  It offers many modes of program and information.  Plus, I get the use of a fully functional PDA for a lot less than what some of the other manufacturers want for a stand alone GPS.
The people have been very good to work with, and they have always answered my questions.
They even suggested where I could get my HP Ipaq repaired after it went out of warranty and was less than what HP wanted to do it directly and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
In my opinion, they have the best program out there and give the best support.
