Speed Brake Acutator

Does anyone know the brand of an electric actuator used for Long EZ air brake that is 13" long and 1.75" square?  Mine is not always closing and there is no label on it.  Need to find manufacturer if possible.

If my memory serves me correctly, the manufacturer of the linear actuator that I used was Warner.

I found it after a few hour of Googling around.  It's definitely an oddball compared to what everyone else is using......
