Locating workshop space for an long-ez project (in SF Bay)

I'm likely to be the new owner of a Long-EZ project that's nearly complete (yeah, I know, The 90/90 rule). I don't have the usual EZ workshop available that most people use (the garage). I can't imagine my situation is unique, but I don't even know where to start looking to solve it. So in general, how does someone go about locating some sort of powered workshop space available for short-term (month to month)? More specifically, anyone know of something like this available in the San Francisco bay area?
