Carbon Fiber and Titanium

Does anyone have any industry experience with the use of titanium in a carbon fiber composite layup?  Does galvanic corrosion occur similar to that between carbon fiber and aluminum?

The industry accepted practice is to use titanium or corrosion resistant steel (CRES) when a structure will be in contact with a carbon laminant.  A superficial layer of glass is sometimes applied over the carbon as a galvanic barrier when using material such as aluminum.

Just remember not to EVER have titanium in contact with cad plated hardware, BIG corrosion factor.
