I think you should call on the gentleman who posted the "2000 ways not to buy". Sounds like that's the plane

EZ Sale, San Dieg

I am familiar with some of the details of this sale.  Since I have flown the aircraft in question, I believe it was a case of pure "buyer's remorse" - nothing at all like the tale of woe recounted on this site.

r2fly, you must be the son or the actual perpetrator of the article, or rather the catalyst behind it.  The guy was not being slanderous or libel, and its people like you that give Experimental/Sport Aviation a bad reputation and namesake.  Not to worry, you'll end up a statistic, and we'll all be paying the premiums for it.
I'm not known to flame people, but that sort of exploitation of deceptive builders and pilots scared the Bejesus out of me!

Buyers Remorese

Buyer's Remorse???........The airplane was never "Bought" there was a deposit and a verbal agreement in place. And if that criteria was met THEN the purchase would take place and THEN the aircraft would have been "Bought. " So what happened: The Potential buyer showed, the airplane was crap and didn't meet any of the criteria discussed by the buyer and seller  and the seller welched on the deal.  Simple as that... If the seller had a good product and a set of nads, he would have returned the deposit and sold the airplane to somebody else.
