Has anyone ever 'camped' in the dirt at Copperstate?  Doesn't look too inviting but the camaraderie may make up for it like it did at sloshkosh this year.

I did a couple of years ago, it was great. A little warm but ok looks like this year it is going to cool down a bit so it should be great, I am flyin in this year as a lightsport in a highlander. thanks Rebel

The Los Angeles basin has been socked in for a few days.  Was to clear on Sat but now its worst.  Also TFR for the Prezz.  I'm grounded here due to it but some may have IFR ticket and can get out but not me.  Wanted to be at Copperstate really bad.  Needed to fly and get my fixxxx.
You guys have fun and if Obama can get the weather cleared maybe I can come on over. Oh well some other things have not worked for him so not holding my breath.
