Homemade forced air respirator

I remember that one of the issues of the Canard Pusher or the Cozy newsletter had a series of pictures of somebody that built a forced air respirator system using a cooking pan, fan, vacuum hose, respirator mask, duct tape, and a belt clip. Does anybody remember which issue that was? I am looking to build my own.

I was one of the co-authors of the forced air respirator.  Take a look at Jan 96 CSA for details.  I still have and use the one described there.
