Vari ez founds (prospective buyer)

I´m a potential buyer of a Vari but I found some think that I would like yours opinion:
Some cracks (small) around the wing attachment.
Cracks close to the main landing gear.
Some spots (like burn) in the cowling.
Are them a serius threat to a buyer?, and in that case How much money or time do you think I have to spend?
