I appreciate it but I know what they look like and have seen both sites. I was seeking some practical advice on whether to go this route or not and on installation. Also, some pictures on an actual installation in a Varieze if available.

Space is limited up there and I was wondering how it fit. But, again, I do appreciate your help.

I've seen the Strong unit in the back seat of the Varieze.

Have you tried emailing Alex or Ken? I've asked them both questions
in the past and have gotten same day answers.

I used a combination of the Strong actuator and a glass spring similar to Ken Miller system.  The actuator is attached to the front side of F22 and runs forward to attach to the elevator torque tube. Have of picture of the attached actuator and shaft, if you would like to see that part of my setup.

Which side of the canard did you attach to, left or right?

I have a Strong and the instructions are very good on how to attach it to the stick.

HOWEVER, I would really like to attach it somehow to the old pitch trim attach points.

I like this, because it does give a little redundancy in the event of a control disconnect.
