Navaid devices Autopilot

Anybody interested in a Naviad Auto pilot head?

It came with my bird when I bought it but had no servo.  I bought the servo for it, but it didn't work properly.  I contacted the factory and I think they said they could get it working.  It has the turn coordinator indicator bars on it.  This is one of the earliest models.  Serial number 69.  I have the manuals for it.

I bought a new trio auto pilot head since it also uses the navaid devices servo.

I think the head cost around $400.00 - $600.00 or so new.  I would take much less than that for it.  Basically any amount just to get it off my precious shelf ! !

Just a couple more things to add :

First,  I did connect power to it and the gyro does run.  When you bank it you can see the LED's light up to indicate a turn.  I'm not sure it worked both directions though.  It has a 9 pin connector plug instead of the 12 pin currently used.
