My friend Lynn and I doing a lay-up on a wing. Much is made of having a perfectly flat table, mine was anything but flat. It all works out fine however as long as you make sure your jigs are level, which isn't a problem if you have plenty of shims and Bondo on-hand.

Jigging the winglet. Determining the 3 measurements called for in the plans is made easier using a tip I got from a piece ken Miller wrote for the Central States Newsletter. Ken suggested getting two aluminum angles maybe 7' long, sharpening the ends to make them pointed, then "nesting" them together. Slide them until the make the exact length you need, clamp them together and then use them to set the winglet. Worked great, no tape measure sag to worry about.
