There is a great, detailed weather discussion available aimed at aviators and other serious weather people on www.wunderground.com.  It is easy not to see this link, so here is the navigation.  Enter your zip code or city and state for the weather area you wish information.  Scroll down the page below past the day-by-day forecasts, right above the Air Quality Forecast box, there is an inconspicuous link labeled "Scientific Weather Discussion (NWS).  Click on this link and you will find detailed information on what the weather is going to do and why, along with likely flight rules that will result.
