Where is that "New" molded fuselage?

Ive seen references pop up a few times in a few places dating back from a few months to a few years ago about someone making a new mold for a berkut like fuselage yet I cant find any reference to now after a hour of searching. Any one know what I am talking about and know the progress on it? I think they were working on it in flordia...
