LONG-EZ N24DT FOR SALE - $38,000 - PRINCETON, NJ - 39N


Oshkosh award winning plane (1996).  This one is a real gem.  Don’t want to sell it, but a baby’s on the way and there’s no room for a baby seat.

Lycoming 0-235 engine spinning a Catto three-blade prop giving 140 kts cruise.

Slick magneto on the top plugs and Electroair electonic ingnition on the bottom. with brand new wiring harnesses for both.

Engine baffling recently refurbished to keep cylinders nice and cool.  You’ll see for yourself with a 4-probe Westach CHT/EGT gauge.

Other gauges include Westach fuel pressure, ammeter/voltmeter, and oil temp/pressure.

Cleveland brakes

1300 hours on the airframe.  1800 SMOH.  400 STOH.

IFR capable with a Blue Mountain EFIS.  GNC 250XL, Garmin SL30 Navcomm, GTX327 Transponder, Trio Avionics Autopilot, and Bendix-King KA134 Audio Panel

Strobe and navigation lights.

Electric elevator trim, electric nose gear, and electric speed brake

Electric heater installed in the back seat to keep the passenger nice and warm.

Dual control stick and throttle, front and back.  (Pilot’s control stick is from an F-86.)

Plexiglass lower viewing windows in wing strakes for rear seat passenger.

Tempurfoam seats front and back.

Underwing baggage pods.

Always hangared.
