Title: Cracked Prop!
Post by: Kilo42 on May 31, 2005, 10:13:02 PM
CHECK YOUR PROPS!!!
I removed my prop today to install some card stock to aid in tracking. What I found was a 2" crack on the back side about 1" from the hub. My prop was sent to sensenich last June for a $482 rebuild. The prop has less than 50 hrs since then.

Does Sensenich make wood pusher props? How much do they cost?

Yes they do. You can go to their website found in the links section to read up on them. This prop was on the plane when I bought it. I knew I would eventually upgrade to a Catto 3 blade, but not this soon. I think the sensinich props are around $1000 or so.
Talked to Craig Catto last night. (Anyone got a spare Catto laying around?) Waiting to hear on availablity.
