Title: Fuel Stain
Post by: rvmanjoe on July 27, 2013, 08:11:00 PM
I had a leaky fuel drain that left a blue stain down the side of my EZ. Any suggestions on how to remove it. Don't want to use something that harms the glass. Thanks Joe Stevens

Hi Joe

Nobody has answered this email so I suggest that you try putting it on    canard-aviators@yahoogroups.   com
There are about 10 times as many canard guys on it.   Maybe someone will have a suggestion.

Bruce Hughes   :)

Thanks a lot Bruce. It does take a while to get any kind of answer on this site.

I get them all the time.  I use aviation simple green right away or Meguiar's  ultimate compound if I miss them and they dry.   It's a  great ccompound that breaks down into a polish.
Good  luck.
