Title: EZ ride
Post by: EZRider on December 08, 2012, 12:39:22 PM
I live in Tucson and am looking for a back seat ride to get familiar with the Longez or Varieze.  I am purchasing a Varieze and would like to buy fuel for a backseat ck.

HI EZrider

I suggest that you join the CSA and get a directory (it is part of the deal: $30 for 4 newsletters and a directory).
There are several canard guys in AZ but I am away from home so don't have my directory.   If you can find a
Cozy or Eracer to ride in, you will get a good idea for takeoffs and landings, depending on what your host will
let you do.   I was lucky enough to ride with someone who let me do several takeoffs and landings.
(although we did not readjust the rudder pedals so I had no brakes and he controlled the throttle).   After the
few landings he said "yes, you can fly a Longeze".

Go to the home page of this site for info on CSA,

What is your name?  It is polite to sign out.
