Teflon Rudder/Aileron Hinges

I'm trying to contact Gary Hall to buy his rudder/aileron hinge retrofits and have had no success with email or phone calls.  Does anyone have a way to contact him or maybe another source?

Thanks Guys,  I just sent off my $31.  The phone number was right, but the phone company was having problems when I attempted to call.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!
