Finally, after about a year of looking I have found the plane and made the offer. The owner has been great to work with and I am looking forward to meeting him in person in May.
At this point I am looking for a template to write up a sales agreement. I need to send the seller a check to both hold the plane as well as do some last minute repairs before I pick it up. Anybody out there have some old sales agreements that they would be willing to share.
