I recommend those interested in Eracer to find a local builder via CSA or here to come inspect project on your behalf so you get independent assurance of quality of build. Please offer to pay for gas. I'd suggest Izzy Briggs as I know he's a stickler for plans compliance, conformity, and quality even though we disagree on alot of other things. Anyone volunteer in the LWM- North Andover area?
On a side note, an independent volunteer EZ inspection program would do a lot to deter the bottom feeders from taking advantage of unsuspecting buyers, sellers, and widows. But that's another topic.
