Hangar Flying

-Vari-Eze with a Lycoming O-235-C1 engine.
-Bought the airplane 3 years ago in flying condition.
-Tail Number: N357EZ
-Started making upgrades and I am forced to
sell it because I am moving to another city
and no longer have the time to work on it.
-Engine has 1400 SMOH.
-Engine has 115 hp.

-Has a 60 amp alternator installed
-Airframe has 369 hours.
-The airplane has an airworthiness certificate.
-The airplane needs to have the panel with the wiring
to the engine installed, it needs a starter and new engine
baffles installed.

-Its sold with some engine instruments (Oil Pressure/Temp gauge with all the senders, amp meter, voltmeter) and a KX76 transponder with an encoder (wired).
-Sold with all the engine and the airframe logs and the airplane weather cover.
-This is sold as a project and is sold "as is".
-The airplane is located at Gillispie Field in San Diego, CA.
