I carried this radio as a backup for several years but no longer have a need for it.  It is in like new condition in the original box with the instruction manual.  It has a headset adapter, cigarette lighter plug for power, AC charger, aircraft antenna adapter as well as its own "rubber duckie" antenna. 

The price is $185 which includes shipping within the CONUS.
