Title: Composite classes in SoCal ?
Post by: KevinB on December 27, 2004, 11:15:14 PM
Does anyone know of any composite making classes in Socal, preferably LA, anytime soon ? I'd like to see if building an entire plane this way is for me, if not get started on learning how to actually do it.
Thanks, krb

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co (Corona?) puts on composite classes sponsored by the EAA. They are excellent.

They do look good but Sport Air, who actually does the classes, won't be in California until March, when they will do apparently every class except a composite one.
Does anyone know of another ?
I suspect I'm left with the practice kits from AS&S, and the Rutan book and video (which I have high hopes about, actually.)
