I love this design and ONLY selling because I'm burned out on composites. You should have extensive experience with Canard/composite construction. It's gonna take someone with vision a set of plans to get it done right. I want to build a STOL aircraft. Make an offer.

We are toooooo scared to build the SQ 
There is no factory
If there is no factory it cant be built....
Seriously though, It would be a great project. All you need is a fuselage shell and some windows. The rest can be built from MKIV plans. Landing gear can be fixed or Infinity.
