Gonzo, get in touch with David Orr (canardfinder'at'att.net). Replace the 'at' with @.
Beagle is good people and probably has the best line on what is available as well as being able to help you find someone to look at a project if it is far away from you.
His finder's fee is completely resonable given the wealth of knowledge and resources he brings.
