After icing my ailerons I discovered that they were out of balance ( Tail heavy ) and need to be adjusted. I have been given a couple of suggestions on how to fix the problem but they require major work.
I was told there was a News Letter that showed an efficient procedure for balancing ailerons.
If anyone is familiar with the News Letter number or has another technique to proffer, it would be greatly appreciated.
