Title: Flying the pylons
Post by: A. Bruce Hughes on March 08, 2010, 08:55:06 AM
This is for "flyingwaldo" an everyone.
Flying pylons, to my knowledge, is only done at the Reno Air Races. For information on that try www.airrace.org In the website, you will find "to pilots". That will tell you that there is a May 20 deadline and training is for 4 days June 16-19. I assume that you HAVE to be there ALL 4 days.
That is all that I know; I watch from the ground......

Tom, When I Google PRS I get a guitar builder...... ??? I guess you mean the Reno Air Races. Will be looking for you. Had no idea at EZ speeds one would pull big G's like that. I didn't build mine but I trust it....not sure that much! See you there. What racing numbers are you??????
