Title: Engine Question

I recently installed a K&N replacement filter on my Elllison TBI.  Now when I go full rich and full throttle my engine runs rough.  I have to lean my engine to get it to run smoothly.  

What would cause this to happen.  I have not changed my air inlet configuration, just the filter.  

I have also installed a new catto 3 blade, would that effect it in any way?

How about removing the new K&N filter, and trying Full Rich/FullThrottle?  If it runs sweetly, maybe your filter is acting like a "choke" and enriching your mixture too much.  If that's the case maybe a less restrictive filter is in order.

hello,
  you will need to adjust the needle of the ellison.,,,,another thing is after full "open throttle"..back it up just a little until it smooths out..an use that as your full open...egts have to be 100-120 diffrnce full rich to full lean.
