Chapter 5
- Longhorns being fabricated and formed

- Forms made for Fuselage sides
- Foam 5min epoxy to the forms and weight down to conform to the required shape
- Control Stick depresions created by sanding to the required depth and location
- Foam contures builg built up to shape the internal Fuselage sides
- Completed Foam forms ready to be glassed

- Forms Glassed

- Longhorns attached to Upper form

- Upper longhorn glassed to fuselage side and lower triangler long horns mounted to the lower fuse side. Note the block forms mage to assist in clamping down the the spruce catstrap while the flow is drying.

- Aft side of fuse sides built up and glassed

- Completed forms glassed any ready to be poped from the forms. Once this was completed all the parts were ready for mating the sides to the bulkheads to form the fuselage

Chapter Summary
The chapter encompasses several forms that need to be cut precisly in order to form the conture of the fuselage. Once these parts were completed then the aircraft will start to take shape.
